  • The Prism Mount allows the prism to attach to the spectrophotometer table so the light detector can be rotated without rotating the prism. The glass filter is used to eliminate ambient infrared light coming from the surrounding environment.
  • The Prism Mount is an accessory to the Educational Spectrophotometer System (OS-8539), and is included in the Prism Spectrophotometer Kit (OS-8544).
